As plan administrator, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ONLY, INC. (ASO) will:
ASO's Member Portal allows MTABF members the ability to:
VIA MAIL:
Enrollments, claims, payments, reimbursements & retirement can still be done via the US Postal Service & all necessary forms can be accessed on the MTABF website. Mail can be sent to:
- Enroll new hires.
- Retire those who are leaving.
- Process claims for all members; active & retired.
- Help all members keep their MTABF membership status up-to-date. It is the responsibility of members to notify both the MTABF & ASO of life changes.
ASO's Member Portal allows MTABF members the ability to:
- Register & manage their own personal account
- Search for dentists
- Access forms
- Receive reimbursement money.
- Update change of life status, including the uploading necessary documentation (i.e. birth certificates, marriage, etc.)
- Submit claims, including the uploading necessary documentation
- Apply & pay for annual dental plans
- Pay for retirement & COBRA plans
